What materials is your jewelry made of?
All our jewelry is made of Stainless Steel (stainless steel). The stainless-
steel pieces are made of SS 304 or SS 316. The layer of gold applied over our jewelry is 14 karat and has a thickness of 2.5 micron (Many gold-plated pieces have only about 1 micron, so this layer is thicker and wears down more slowly). For silver pieces we use white gold.
Does your jewelry tarnish?
Jewelry made of stainless steel is waterproof and won't tarnish. You can shower, swim and spray perfume while wearing it.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic and skin-friendly, and what if I have a nickel allergy?
Our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel,
namely SS 304 stainless steel or SS 316 and is always finished with a
gold layer several microns thick.
Although these steel types naturally contain small amounts of nickel, this does not come into contact with the skin. The thick gold layer forms a complete barrier, so the skin only touches the gold. This makes our jewelry safe and comfortable, even for people with a nickel allergy.
Our jewelry is therefore hypoallergenic. This means it's designed so that the chance of an allergic reaction is minimal.
In short: you can wear our jewelry every day without worry,
even with very sensitive skin.
Can the jewelry handle sweat and perfume?
Sweat and perfume are jewelry's biggest enemies, but not for Stainless
Steel.
The natural protective layer (the chromium oxide) constantly repairs itself.
When a small scratch appears, the chromium reacts with the oxygen in the air and instantly forms a new protective layer.
What is the delivery time for my order?
At HappyLife we do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible; usually your parcel is shipped the same day. We hand your order over to Bpost with the greatest care. The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Because postal delivery now takes place on specific days, in exceptional cases delivery can take up to 7 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is on us for orders over €39.99. Otherwise shipping costs €3.99 for Belgium and €6.99 for the Netherlands
Can I return my jewelry, and how do I return it?
Yes, every order may be returned within 14 days.
